Nefertiti

This piece was inspired by the legendary queen of ancient Egypt, Nefertiti. Her name meaning “The Beautiful One Has Come.”

In ancient art and inscriptions, Nefertiti often appeared alongside of Pharaoh Akhenaten, reflecting her significant role as a co-regent. A rarity for women of that time. Not just a pretty face, she was also a prominent figure in the religious reforms that celebrated the sun disk, Aten, solidifying her status as an influential religious leader.
