Return Eligibility
Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact me via email to request a return authorisation. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all original components such as prints, framing, and any accessories.

  3. Return Costs: When it comes to returning an item, please be aware that shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. I encourage you to consider this before making a purchase, as it is important to factor in any potential shipping fees that may arise if you decide to return your item.

  4. Ship the Item: Attach the return label and ship the package to the designated address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different print or size, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. The original item must meet the eligibility criteria for return.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
